Need Teins or Eibach...

I got some H&R OE Sports on my car and this is what the drop looks like:

The ride itself is really smooth (I got Tokico HP's too) but I wanna go a bit lower. I had some H&R Sports but that was too low for my tires (215/40R17) and it rubbed really bad anytime I turned. So I traded those for OE Sports...Anyway I've been looking at Tein H. Techs and Eibach Pro-Kit for my next drop and wanted some input from members who have these. I can't go lower than 1.3" and I dont want coilovers, nor do I want to get 15's, 16's ...I'd like to maintain a pretty good smooth ride, so some input would be greatly appreciated.

i got the eibach sportlines and they ride real nice. i got 17x7.5 rims and it scraped a little at first but not really that much anymore.

dropping it with H&R O.E isn't even worth the money, time, and effort in dropping your car man....can't even see the difference..i'd say Tein h-techs..i was going to get that but found some H&R sports for a good price so i bought'em..
