Need urgent help on exhaust for 1996, 3dr 1.4i Civic

Hello Chaps. My custom exhaust has rusted away and i was thinking of installing a Twin exit exhaust. Can someone please tell me if the following item will fit a 1996, 1.4i Honda civic - 3dr - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=190317053718.

The seller says that its without a backbox and will fit your car fine, just want to double check, will it be too loud or might fail an MOT or Emmissions, infact will it fit without a backbox.
Your suggestions welcome.

yeah i wouldnt do it either. you'll most likely have to work the underside of the car to fit the second pipe.
whats wrong with a single exaust anyway? it works fine.
