Yesterday I pulled the spark plugs from my ladies 91 Civic 4Dr Ex and the spark plugs had crazy amounts of oil dripping from them. I know its an old ass car but thats not right. The only thing I can think of is maybe one of the piston rings took a s**t so now its not bringing the oil back down instead its going up though the valves into the spark plugs. I was just thinking of getting a new motor so what should I do. Thanks for your help guys =). If I get a new engine its going to be the same D16A6 thats in the car or a ZC not sure wnat to keep everything on a tight budget =)

Oil Leak

REMOVE THE VALVE COVER AND REPLACE SPARKPLUG TUBE OIL SEALS
AND VALVE COVER GASKET.EASY 2 DO IT YOURSELF.TUBE SEALS ARE 4 ROUND
RUBBER ORINGS BETWEEN VALVE COVER AND PLUG TUBES.THIS IS COMMON ISSUE WITH HIGH MILEAGE/OLD GASKETS. :hi:

dude take the cap lock off, but yeah what he said plus there are lower spark plug tube seals that may be leaking also, which you have you remove the cam holders to replace, or your valve seals may be leaking which is a b***h, because you'll have to either have the head removed to replace those or buy the special tool to replace them with the head on, either way they are a big pain in the ass.
