Needing to upgrade

What all can I do to my 99 civic dx sedan. I have a weapon r intake and 10.2mm wires,and want to convert it to a stick and I dont want the crap about oh auto this and that cuz its faster than most peoples car and thats a fact.so I appreciate the help if I can get it.by the way its d16y7 im wiling to upgrade
