Neon light question

Hi. I dont have a civic, I have a 94 caravan (i know its funny, but its my first car and i got it for free) and iv been looking at this site and you guys help alot of people so i though maybe you guys could help me. anyways im planning on putting two 12 inch subs in a plexi glass box into my van and i wanna get sound activated neons. My question is, how are they sound activated? Do they pulse from vibrations or do you hook them up to your head unit and they pulse off of that? If you connect them to the head unit, Do you connect them to the auxilary ports? Thank you in advance to anyone who helps.

You would have to get some neons from pepboys or advanced auto that already do that. Figuring out how to do that on your own, will be a tough task.

you install the neons just like any other neon. only thing differant about these neons is that they have sensitivity to the bass that hits.

I really wouldnt even know how to start to go about doing that....
I agree, just buy some that do that already.. They're not too expensive

i bought mine from auto zone they already come with the pulse thing ur talking about ( most of them ) any ways theres a button to either keep them on or to have them vibrate to the music ( bass )

. An old buddy of mine had that. It looked pimp as hell .

you can buy neons that have that pulsing effect module with it, or you can buy regular neons, and hook it to the speaker connections...
