As many of you know, the release of Neptune RTP has been greatly anticipated by the public. Just thought I would pass this on to you guys.. the software is available to be messed with now and the starting price is $450 for the boards. It comes with everything you need to install it in a presocketed ECU. Its just another GREAT tuning option for those who are in need.

Software can be downloaded from

The RTP system makes things nice. It is only really comparible to hondata S300 at this point, since everything is done on board. But the RTP board doesn't require a special header like the S300 unit, so using your crome chipped would work perfectly.

The biggest selling point for me, being a tuer is the support and testing BEFORE the release of an option. Making sure it is relatively glitch free is always good thing, hopefully no more guessing.

what do you mean a special header? I had an s300 in my turbo gsr and Ill swear by that thing. You dont need anything special for an s300, just an obd1 ecu, solder it, and bang

the hondata uses a male header soldered into the ecu, while most other rom's use a socket. the neptune rtp interfaces with that socket, so any ecu thats been socketed for crome/uberdata, etc can be used with the rtp board. where as an ecu modified for hondata can only run hondata.

I am not saying anything bad about the S300, it is a lot easy to actually install into the ecu, but it requires a MALE header instead os the normal female header every other program uses.
