New 99 Honda civic owner looking to get my car up to par

Hey guys my names Ben and I recently bought a 99 Honda civic ex coupe. It is my first real project car and it seems great so far.
Right now I'm looking to down size my rims, im lookin for some 16" rims. But I'll take a look at any size. Also I have my rims to trade/sell. I'll try to post some pictures.
I'm also looking for a stage 2 clutch kit maybe stage 3 if you gotta nice deal for me.
I'm open to look at anything else that might better my car.
Long term, I might wanna turbo it, but Im thinking about getting a swap for a b series.

Swap a B in there, and BOOST! If you got the funds, do that. It will provide alot of power. To me, being a first time Civic owner, do something simple when you do the swap. I wouldn't do a "frankenstein" build, just because things only get more complicated when you get into it. I'm doing a B18C1 build for my first.

As far as rims go, I like the Rota Grids if you're looking for any personal preferences.
