I just wanted it for the power. 22X4 RMS is relatively beefy for a cheap HU.

i have ALL ALpine in my civic.......such a great sound. I running 6 1/2 Type S for doors with Type S 6x9's as well. Head unit im running the Alpine 9847 which is cheap, but still a very good headunit. Look into alpine before you go buying all that other stuff...........

And for those who dont like the Type S.....i know they arnt the highest, but im NOT running AMP to them, therefore no need for R's or nething. Ill be getting a 12" type R or X though coming up shortly.

Amplified Bazooka toooooooooooooob. I heard one of these in a civic like mine at first i knocked it said they suck so the guy showed me his 8" Tube WOWWWWWW i was impressed if i were you id do it.. Just strap it down good.

I think that 4 x 8" subs will sound sweet in a Hatchback civic. Of course in a customer fibre glass box.. : O )

you could get infinity reference series speakers for that price

you won't be disappointed if you go with the infinities, it doesn't get much better for the money.

I love Crutchfield.. I got my wiring harness from there, and they sent me the wrong one (It worked, but it didn't bypass the stock amp).. so they sent me a brand new one, and sent Alpine speakers(weren't expensive, were cheap speakers, but still) complimentry for the mess up.. I deffiently recommend them, they are a little over priced, but if you have a problem with something you order from them, it's deffiently worth the extra bucks for the support and service.
