i have a 98 honda civic ex...i just put a new bigger fuel injector and soldiered a new connector so it plug in with the harness....now i go and turn the key on the car and it wont come on......i tested the pump when connected to the harness with a car batter and it turns on alright and i also tried replacing the main relay and also checked the fuse all are good......tested if there was voltage running from the relay to the connector where the fuel pump harness get connected and there is no voltage when the car is on.....anyone have a idea what it might be?!?!?!
