New Civic I recently got... Need Help

my first car I got a 93 Honda Civic. The previous owner said it was a 93 civic with a 97 motor.. can you guys tell me what you think, and tell me what I can do to fix it somemore!
also for some reason I start going fast(turbo kicks in) and im hitting around 100 mph and i put it on neutral and my engine dies, Like i have to turn my car on again? anyone know why

Umm, whats JDM about this Civic?

As for your issue, what OBD is it running on and are you getting any Check Engine light codes?

Also, what area do you live in? That background looks incredibly familiar.

I think i might have found why i was having a power loss! And its OBD-1 and it drops RPM till the engine dies the check engine battery and oil turn on.

Also i stay in pompano beach! Ever been there?

Well for one
Check fuel injectors
Fuel filter and air filter
Also clean the pcv valve and hoes aswell as the throttle body

Thats what i found looking around on the internet, ill update when i checkem later!

Cut it out, put new 1/4 patch panel in.

I dont see how cleaning his hoes will help the car, outside of keeping the interior from smelling.

I have but hardly. That spot looks eerily identical to somewhere near Little Havana.
