the lights on my new cluster are not working. the lights on the old one didn't work either, so i'm thinking its a fuse / wire / connection somewhere, but i have no clue what to check. help would be appreciated!

today i went back and got a new cluster which everything works, except the lights. so disregard everything above.
the only question now is - how do i get the cluster lights to come back on?
