take some of that cash you always have and buy a paint job and wheels.

I got this car dirt cheap and have made it hella better. It's winter and therefore pointless to yet buy wheels and fix s**t paint. Spring time this car will be dope

Actually, THIS is the time to do it. Shops and sites are dropping rates b/c it's off season so they need/want the sales, especially on wheels.
Keep your steelies for winter, buy a set of rims and put them on in nice weather only. That way if you ever mess up a wheel/tire of your rims, you've got a back up set.
