New front speakers

Just got my new fronts for my '00 Si. They're eclipse SC8264, now I just need to get the new motor in it so I can take it home and install these... They should be bomb considering I blew my fronts over 3 months ago,

Sweet, I just have some wal-mart sony xplods as my speakers I had a gift card and didn't know what else to buy lol

those are awesome man, friendly advice- take some time and do the job right. wire harnesses always help if your running them off OEM line so you dont cut up the stock stuff if you ever go to sell the car w/o the system, i would recommend running them of a nice amp, but thats my 2cents

Definately speaker adapters, only like 6 bucks at most places. Nice speakers by the way.

I'm running an Eclipse 8051 8volt headunit with a JL audio 300/4 amp. They will sound really nice once done... but I need to get my motor swap stuff dealt with first

looks good.. im not really a fan of eclipse speaker but i love their HU. i got the cd8443. gotta love the 8v.. yum.

yeah, I want to get their new unit! but at 650 even with my HUGE discount I get its to expensive right now, but my older 8V works just fine.

i think the 2005 new units ugly as hell. they are going towards looks and extra features and not so much sound quility. but i love their AVN models.. i wish i could afford them.

I agree with every word you said, but my old headunit just looks a bit out of date, but it still rocks! The AVN's are sweet. The new headunits are ugly and I didnt like them at first but when I saw them at my dealer they werent to bad, I REALLY hated the last model headunits they had
