new fuel pump stalls

I installed a new fuel pump from advance. Everytime I get a quarter of a tank of gas lower it stalls when I make a sudden stop or sharp turn. Basically when the gas moves around in the tank. Doesn't act up with a half of tank or more of gas. Any ideas ?

You didn't install it correctly probably. Pull it out and check that its in the bracket. In the right location, ect.

The filter sock may be on upside down.
