new wires and plugs. also distributer, cap, and rotor. i replaced the head gasket well the whole kit and just has random misfire. i checked all the plugs they are gapped right
Double check timing. In the several Honda's I've owned recently, 80% that came in not running were timed wrong. Even a tooth or two off is the difference between running awesome and not running at all.
Even if it runs, that doesn't mean it's not a tooth off you know. Timing is everything and because you have a misfire and the head was off recently, that's why I even mention it. If timing is indeed 100% and you are with out a shadow of a doubt it's spot on... How's the compression? Are you even across the board?
