So I recently had a jensen head unit that s**t the bed so im looking for a new one. Im looking to only spend about maximum 150 on one and I want an Alpine, Kenwood, Sony, or a JVC. What are your guys suggestions as to which one is the best bang for my buck and cheap websites would be appreciated. I dont need one with an aux input in the front because Iv got the stuff I need to just hook it up in the back.

I would prefer a used Alpine for 150 than a new generic for 150, but thats me...
check techbargains.com then use the find lowest price search feature, usually the best place

Go to Circuit City and Best Buy and see if they have any open box specials. Panasonic and Pioneer headunits are good also

First of all, forget Sony.

Stick with Kenwood, Alpine, or maybe Pioneer. Kenwood and Pioneer are rated at 22wRMS.

Bosch's Blaupunkt is not too terrible and they have a lot of products so you should be able to find a Blaupunkt to meet your needs if you like their product

$150.00 is going to limit you to an Eclipse CD1000 if you choose to go with Fujitsu Ten.

i have Pioneers in all my cars...I love the DEH-4800 the best (have one in the civic, and the wife's accord...she loves it too...we have the DEH-3800 in the pattiwagon (our station wagon) and like it a lot also...the sound is amazing and very easy to use. i have had Sony and HATED it...also had JVC and it was not that good...i'm biased though, Pioneer all the way baby...g'luck
