New here! My car is not blowing air?

Hi, any help is appreciated. I have a 2003 civic. My ac and heater stopped blowing air. I replaced (well my dad) replace the resistor for me. It worked for a day and then quit again. Occasionally it will start working if I go over a speed bump or something of that sort. Maybe a shortage somewhere???

If it's intermittent like that, something is loose or shorting out. Check all the associated connectors and fuses would be my first guess. Though a relay could likely be the culprit as well.
