Hi I am Harri51. I am a owner of a 1994 Civic DX and a 2009 Civic LX .

My question is my 1994 I noticed is Negative Spacing on the front tires wearing out my winters this year to the wire mess layer on the inside. (they are coming off this week.) But I just can't get in enough to see the problem. I have not hit anything or had an accident. This is on both front tires. Do I just need an alignment before I got and spend money to fix it myself.

What do you mean by negative spacing?

If it is all stock and "scrubbing" tires that bad you either have suspension and/or steering component issues or it needs an alignment bad. You should have a professional inspect it if you don't know what you are looking for.

Its normal for your alignment to go out. Go check about getting it aligned then they should tell you if anything else is messed up. Bushings etc

My 16 year old daughter has a 2001 honda civic, she has had the car about 9 months and she informed me that her gas gauge, and speedomiter works sometimes and sometimes they don't. I did notice that the (D) on the dashboard sometimes lights up with green and flash's. We have had all the possible things we could think of checked out. Yesterday her check engine light came on. Can anyone recommend something else I can have looked at.

Welcome to the site, but seriously? Start your own help thread instead of treading on someone else's. That's like walking up to some people talking at a party/get-together and instead of joining the conversation, you butt in and start interrupting with your own stuff.

Or you could be nice to people tell them how to start a thread instead of being a douche

Who are you?

I fail to see how that was being a douche. He is thread jacking someone else's thread. It's forum common sense not to. He has a 16 year old, and I would think that he has thick skin. Apparently thicker than yours.

Maybe. Doubt it though. You should help him out obviously he or she doesn't know

Dude, how sh!tty of a mod can you be? Politely tell him to make a new thread instead of putting him on blast and making him look like an ass. Common sense to one may not seem the same to another. If you're gonna be a mod, be professional about it. Thanks.
