Yo, wut up everybody, I'm new at the forum and I've just bought a full stock '00 DX Hatch, I'd really appreciate some advice of yours on on how I should start modifying may car; I'm not really into racing so I'd only like to change the stetics of my car... some extrior & interior mods and maybe some minor engine mods to improve performance.

I'd start by painting that grill and matching the paint color of your door etc.. to your fender. Getting a decent paint job though can be expensive$$$

Thank ya'll i guess I'll do like that... I'll see other rides and try to figure out what i like the most..... and yes its true... I guess the whole front paint looks different, it was resently painted.... I don't know if you noticed but I live in honduras (central america) I imported this car from US a few weeks ago and I really have some limitants refering to what a good garage for paint jobs or exterior medofications are, but I'ma try figure it out... I quess I'll have to import some parts to have a nice original work!!!!!!

Install a killswitch first of all... Dont want your investment being driven away by some theif....

Just search "killswitch" at the top of this page. Pretty simple, you just splice your fuel pump wire and rune some 18 guage wire to a hidden rocker switch. Wehn switch is on your fuel pump is on, when its off your engine wont be getting fuel unless they have 4 guys in your backseat with a bicycle pump. =p

well thanks mitcheg6, and you're right i'm not into putting that much power to my car, basicly bacause I'm afraid of making any mistakes in the engine I guess, but I do am interested in improving the car's performance so I think I'm going end up adding some power to it... but I really don't know where exactly to start with.... yue see... the exterior its kind of easy I've been looking to the members' rides and I'm getting my ideas, but when it comes to be about the engine it gets hard because in these matters I feel totally new!!! I really don´t know what parts to change or what parts should be changed if I change other part....

Start with saving and doing the big stuff first IMO (rims, tires, lowering, etc.)
