Hey everyone, I'm Steve, I currently don't own a honda at the moment, I drive a lifted JKUR but I'm planning a Civic build and figured what better way to get back into the scene than to find other civic owners. I've owned 3 hondas prior to this, 1993 Accord, 2002 Civic EX, 2007 CBR 600RR, my gf has a 2004 Civic EX that I play with right now. I'm thinking I want to build either a B16B, or a B18C. I haven't figured out what gen civic I wanna put it in when I'm done. I've been outta the import scene for quite some time now so I figured u ppl here can help me brush up on new technologies and old tricks I may have forgotten about! Well I'll get this build started soon enough and this party started! Look forward to meeting and talking to you ppl

K-series engines are a lot more affordable than they once were. B16B and B18C motors are both nice but if you're going to be modifying it anyways you might as well go with something like GSR motor and avoid the premium you pay for a Type R.

I thought about that but was thinking that the type R block would be able to handle higher revs better. This is why I wanted to come here before I started anything. I know the GSR motors are more available too!
