I'm looking for advice it's a 96 honda civic dx sedan auto thinking of converting it to stick.Passenger side door and fender hit each other is there a way to fix that and the hood and grill and bumper don't look like they line up either. Also with the engine can i get some tips on that too this is my first time getting in to tuning.I'm here for advice and tips this will be my daily driven project car looking for a way to get good parts but not break the bank.Right now it has ebay coil overs no name muffler and after market sun roof...So again any advice and tips are welcome thank you all

First off, welcome

Second, the fixes don't look too hard.
Try going up in the passenger fenderwell and push the fender out some to give the door more clearance.
Door gap seems about right, just seems to bend in the middle. *maybe* have to loosen the bolts on the fender and slightly reposition as the fender/windshield line isn't 100% perfect.

Then for the bumper, make sure the grille/bumper are connected correctly, and if that doesn't solve it, look at where the bumper mounts to the top of the radiator support. Judging by the foglights, I'm assuming someone didn't put it back together correctly when finishing up.
