New-interior questions

hey whats up?

so im looking into buying a bubble and it has some really ugly tan interior on the dash and i wanna re do it.

i want the interior to be black, charcoal grey and red

i dont know how i should go about making the dash black?
suggestions would be great

this is my first car i want it to look nice but i dont wanna be spending alot of money, i was looking into dash-mats but they seem kinda lame. i was thinking painting it...

any suggestions would be appreciated

Well you could fine sand it and paint it...or check your a local junkyard for one in good shape..they shouldn't cost a lot.
