Hey,

I'm a new member to the site but I've been in the scene since about 2002. This is my 1994 Civic Dx that I recently purchased all original. I'm working slowly and doing thing's that I use to enjoy back in the day. Some folk's may or may not like it but no worries.. and may not like my plans but it's my car.

Glad to join the site and enjoy.

The day I went and picked it up.

Here it is as of the last few days. I've installed Tanabe df210 lowering spring's, 17" MOMO quasar 2 wheels, clear corners, wrapped some interior panels in grey suede, installed my new gauges faces and did a 99-00 Civic Si steering column conversion for use of a 33-spline steering wheel. My plans at this point are 2001-2005 Civic Dx steering wheel and maybe a CTR wheel later down the road. New racing seats, new black carpet, tint, a buddyclub kit, tanabe exhaust, b16a swap while retaining ac and some decent audio.

Welcome welcome. Clean sedan. Not a huge fan of the rims, but only cuz I personally prefer 15" or 16". Also, I'd wreck that suede

Enjoy your stay, keep us all updated on the progress and don't hesitate to ask questions (so long as you put a little leg work in searching a bit before hand)

Thanks you two. I know how to use the search function's I'm an old timer. I usually only post write-up's and try helping member's when I have an answer for their question's. The suede I wanted to stay modest with and not try to go all out. The grey seemed to suite it well and especially on the rear panel once I removed the third brake light it helped a lot. And these MOMO's are mine forever and will never leave my possession so they will always be on one of my vehicles.

I would find something else to put them on, 17's and low pro's just look bad and ride bad to boot.

Why not just buy a CTR wheel, why buy another you plan on replacing later anyway?

I absolutely hate 6th gen interiors, but I will say yours is absolutely clean.

My 17's never seemed to ride bad. Balanced when needed, proper alignment and my camber isn't off so it rides pretty smooth to me. I've had 15's plenty of times and have never noticed a difference between the two accept maybe under acceleration or something crazy. But of course not everyone likes the same thing's but at the end of the day it's a hobby for me and I surely enjoy it and I like them and all that I've done so far.

And thanks, my interior is pretty clean thanks to the person I got it from. It was well taken care of and was all original down to the ugly blue speckled floor-mats.

The steering wheel that was on my original column was in perfect condition. Not falling apart or twisting just nice. Now that I did the conversion I needed a wheel and so far all I had was the 99-00 So wheel and it is in terrible shape. I'm not ready to spend the money on a CTR wheel at the moment due to more important thing's for the car. So the local yard has a ton of 01-05 Civic's and that was my next choice. Because we all know there will not be a s2k in the local yards anytime soon hahhaa.
