Aite...here we go...

I sold my 96 DX (wouldn't of done it but couldn't resist the offer) and picked this piece of work up from some chick I just happened to meet.... $3000 Couldn't pass it up... When I got it...windows, sunroof, wipers, cruise, pretty much anything power... didn't work. Also it was about 1/2" off the ground.... just about ripped the front bumper when I pulled in the driveway...I threw some skunk 2's on theere to alliviate that problem (as opposed to the s**t ass dropzones that were on there.) I still havn't got a chance to fine tune the suspension just enough to get it up some I can pull in and out oif the garage.... I knew I had some work in store...besides the fact its not painted (and primed horribly mind you)... It also needs some serious body work and has fitment issues but hey...it was a decent deal... here's the mods thus far...

Body/Exterior:
Bomex Full kit (i think correct me if I'm wrong)
Tenzo-R RS5 w/ Toyo Proxies FZ4 215/35/18R

Suspension:
Skunk 2 Coilovers
KYB Adjustable shocks

B&M Short Shifter
Exedy Stage 2 Clutch
Exedy Lightened Flywheel
Some cheap intake (soon to be AEM)
Full Exhaust (2.5")

Thats the major stuff besides the shift knob, pedals, lights and all that.... well youi can see:

Obvious Body work needed on the Doors/ Rear Q/Near taillight:

Some more obvious fitment issues/bodywork.....

Heres my old ride in limbo I sold for the tegg (and my Sisters Del Sol Si).

It was primed when I bought it and yes I know its gonna be a project....I wasn't to fond of the kit myself...and i Kow there are gaps and fitment issues everywhere.... I'm gonna take it down to the bodyshop and get an estimate on the bodywork... I know there are dents in bad spots... The interior is relativly untouched thank god... missing a few odds and ends but nothing major and relativly good shape. Where can I get stock parts without spending a small fortune? If I knew place I'd be all over it but I don't.... Junkyards are out of the question cause there are no Hondas in junkyards out here.... Springfield, MO area.....

$3000 was to much???... I got her down from $3500 to there....whats it worth then??? Jeez I thought it was a decent price........

nope..not a good price but not too bad..its an ls right..

imo i would try doing the bodywork myself...i mean its not like your gonna f**k it up worse..fill those dents, remove the bumpers and replace with stock..then sand and primer the whole car again... then get it professionally painted.

i truly believe you should leave performance alone for now...and dont make it louder by adding an exhast and intake yet.. i suggest waiting till the body work is done

All that listed above is already done to the car....I'm not doing anything else until all the bodywork is done....Keep in mind this is the way I bought it.... and don't get me wrong I loved my civic...but this car is more soild and dosn't have a bent tiebar, slipping clutch, and greaseless CV boot...... oh yhea and destroyed interior due to painting, rattling panels due to countless systems, grinding transmission, hole in the exhaust pipe....plus I got 500 more than I paid for the civic and all I put in it was a Viper....

Oh and the reason the front bumper is so far off is cause I just tossed it on take pictures...lol It wasn't bolted on the sides just the 9 blots on the top. I actually casught a decently nice day so I threw tires on and backed it out quick I'm obviously in the middle of adjusting suspension...lol

2.5 exhaust is too big ... theres a reason greddy evo and apexi n1 are 2.36"

aem is a waste of money ... all youre gettin is carb legality and a name

all in all i also think you over paid, but then again i paid 5 for my 96 with new clutch, 119k miles, cracked radaitor, bubble tint, dented drivers side door ... its all about your local market ... and i think you can probably fix up the exterior for about 1k or so if you get it painted at like earl schieb. .. whats the original color?
