What up guys?
My name is Tony and a few months ago I purchased my little Civic. It's a 1990 Civic STD (yeah, i know...its a standard...) and I paid $800 for it. Its an awesome car and I love it to death despite the smaller motor and the 4-speed manual. My dad does auto paint repair for a living so as a graduation present my dad told me if I came up with a paint scheme for my car, he would pay for paint and he would teach me how to paint. It was a pretty awesome father/son project, and it was our first car that we've painted. Here's a few before and after pics of the car,
Here it is literally the first day I owned it, right after I bought it. Behind it is my old truck also, haha
It was pretty ugly as you can see
Here's the photoshop I did for the paint scheme
And the results
And one of my favorite parts, Carbon Fiber
Except its totally fake and painted, I didn't have the kind of money for a real one, but I liked the look of them
Really all I've done to it so far is paint it, and put a system in it. Plans though would be an eventual motor swap (im thinkin B20) and gettin some new suspension and brakes under this thing. Also finding some good 15-16" rims for it, the 14" black steels I put on just arent cuttin it.
Lemme know what you guys think about it
