i make 800 a paycheck. i calculated that i can save 2000 in the next two months. by feb. my turbo project will be complete.
i want:
t3/t4 or possibly a percision sc34 and fmic.
tial wastegate
tial bov or greddy
twinloop mani or something really nice
rc injectors (what size would be good)

im gunna slap on everything to a bone stock 96k b16a.
ill plan on getting either a p28, p72? and hondata.
this will be a daily driven car. ive seen set ups exactly like this dynod at 300hp/219 tq.

i want any comments, concerns or advice with this set up. and most of all... can i safely use low boost and not worry about engine failure?

550cc injectors is all u really need if u goin with rc cus i think thats the smallest they make.

for the turbo you would want something that spools up rather fast and isnt gona be too big and give you lots of turbo lag. (just going off of ur setup and it being daily driven)

low boost settings with a good tune are fine for daily driving and mostlikely wont hurt a thing on your motor

so if i ran like 6-10 pounds.. that would be fine with a t3/t4 and make over 220 safely?

they make smaller ones.... i used to run 440cc on my stock ls motor. 12psi, 260whp, the injectors were maxed out. i didnt want to raise the fuel pressure so i use 650cc ones now at 15psi. with a good tune 10psi should be fine for a daily

for really nice manifolds check out http://www.lovefab.com/06/index.php or http://full-race.com/home.php

i will also suggest some forged low comp. pistons and some good strong rods, i just blew a chunk off one of mine at 5 psi. my basemap was to blame i'm sure, but just to let you know how easy it is for something to go wrong, thats how easy. just to be on the safe side.. forged internals.. maybe some arp headstuds to keep that head tight.
