new to forum, first time civic owner

Just bought my first civic, 2000 dx 5 spd and I think its a 1.4lt....4 banger..... anyway I love this site lots of good info. My questions are probably listed here but I have yet to figure out the proper search. Anyway my dx has 152k, ram air and exhaust on it. It tends to idle rough and have a poor throttle response. Gonna be doing a tune up this weekend what all should I replace and should I rund some kind of additive in the gas tank to help clean things up a bit. What do yall recomend??

If you are going to do a proper tune up.
Spark plugs
Wires
Air filter
Oil change with new filter

As far as fuel additives some will say get a complete system cleaner. I prefer pure high octane gas. Just personal preference.
