So Im a proud owner of a 2006 Honda Civic LX sedan, owned it since it was 6 months old never had an issue.. I take really good care of the car always on time for its maintence services and everything.... Well a few months ago I noticed on my ride home in the busy 5oclock traffic (lots of stop n go motion) my engine light went on and the drive green lightstarted to blink?? And thats not the weirdest part... I was on half a tank when this happened and I re-fueled the next morning... light went off and no problems... hmmm.... Well it happened another 2-3 times so I thought maybe it was cheap gas I was putting in and needed some fuel enjector cleaner... So I got some at an AutoZone... Followed the directions on the bottle. refueled this time with 93 octane.... light stayed on AND now the car started shifting hard and jerking which it never did before... SO I brought it to the dealer who said it was a transmission flush that needed to be done... so I did it and the car drove fine... Until last night.... I was on my way home in a rush sorta... Went around a slower car kinda got on it a little and it started to shift hard again! Does anyone have a clue what can be wrong..... Dealer said its not a Manifold chip
