New to site and to hondas

Was wondering if there are any honda tuners in the eastern North Carolina area that have the time or would be interested in help my raceteam with some problems we are having with one of our civic circle track cars...the suspension set up we have a good handle on but we are really in the dark with some engine issues....any help would be great .
