Whats up everyone, my name is Jeremy and I am new to this site, and forum site in general.... I have a 1996 Honda Civic DX coupe I picked up for 100.00 from my mother in law, she said it was gonna need all this work done to it, I put 5.00 in gas in it, and put a 80.00 battery in it, and drove it home, cleaned it up waxed it, cleaned the headlights, painted the license plate holder thing, pulled the carpet out and pressure washed it, put new wiper blades on it, and new shoes on it, and its still kicking 3,000+ miles later lol... The throw out bearing are going out... so I am just waiting on that to go anytime now... OH I forgot the dimmer switch wasnt working so I couldnt see the cluster at night so I went to local Honda salvage yard and picked up a used one for 25.00 and the Odometer and tripometer wasnt working... so luckily I had a friend that had one laying around so I swapped those out, while I done that I also painted the trim for it white to match the car, to kinda make it little different... so when I done that my car had 26,000 miles on it lol... really it has over 400.000 Im sure, but like i said the odometer stopped working like 10 years ago for them, and they took this car everywhere since then... so I 110% sure its got to be around 400,000 miles...
