Hi all,

I have had my HX for around 3.5 months now and I want to find out a few things:

- Good plugs to have?
- Any modifications for better MPG?
- Any horsepower mods that won't kill MPG?
- Better brakes?
- Tires for reduced road noise?

Just wanted to say hi.

Hi Tyler,
Welcome to CC! Everyone is going to want you to post up some pics of your ride so I would get on that ASAP! As far as plugs, most would recommend staying with NGK plugs. I'm not 100% positive about any mods that will give you better MPG, but it seems like you are in the same boat I am in as far as keeping your MPG up there in the 35+ range. Someone else chime in and help the guy out. NOW GET SOME PICS! =)

I will post pics as soon as it is not so damned shitty in New England. Also, good to know about the NGKs. I have been having problems with my car bogging on hills due to it currently running Copper plugs. It usually gets around 35mpg but with the weather and the crummy plugs I am looking around 29-31

Also, i/h/e: does that stand for Intake, header, exhaust?

yes thats what is stands for the general idea being at least in the header and exhaust that it will be more free flowing then stock so less bottlenecks makes better efficeny and maybe a little bit more mpg
and ngk plugs is what most everybdy i know runs in hondas
