I'm working on my friends 1991 honda civic DT Hatch Back. The timming belt tensioner is frozen in place and will not move. I have put a 2' breaker bar to it and almost stripped the head of the 14mm bold. Has any one had their timimg belt tensioner stick and how did you fix it?
