I'd say get a stage 1.It's stronger than stock, but still very streatable. Stage 2 are kind of rough for daily driving. Stage 3 are for racing. They say that you can put them in street cars, but nobody I know with a Stage 3 is happy with it.

if you dont like the feel of the clutch and its not very worn, put in a flywheel. a toda racing aluminum flywheel is cheaper than most clutches, its half the weight of the stock fly and it will drastically increase your throttle response, clutch grip, and quarter mile times! randdmotorsports.com has all that good stuff

what kind of car is it? how many miles is on it? since you barely got the car, you are probably still getting use to the car. most car clutches dont feel the same.

if your gonna get a clutch, get the exedy organic clutch. i have it on my 00 si. been great to me, i had it for a year now. its better then stock. it is still scratching from 2nd to 3rd gear.

for little bolt on. you dont really need a light weight flywheel. light weight are under 10lbs. its better to get the act street fly wheel which is about 13lbs. having a the flywheel too light will make you loose a lot of low end. you will have to rev up higher then normal on daily driving just to get out of 1st gear.

definately dont go with stage 3. this gsx with a really hardcore clutch like that gets awesome launches at the street races, but i saw him in traffic the other day and he looked like a jumping bean sitting at the lights dropping the revs like that.

How about bleeding the clutch line? Maybe there's air trapped in the line, that's why it feels kinda soft?
