Newcomer from Ireland

Hows tricks people, my names Killian im goin to be 21 at the end of next month and a newcomer to the site from Ireland. Recently got my hands on a sweet 1990 (dohc) Civic Si Saloon. Finding it real hard to get insured on it though?? Anyone else have this prob? and also just wondering if I need to NCT the car because its 21 years old? It'l hardly pass an O2 emissions test like?? Any help would be much appriciated!!! Thanks

Why it is hard to get it insured i got a boosted car insured at 19 so it shouldnt be that bad.
