nitrous rpm range??

lil help, i'm gonna get a msd window switch and i need to know what pills to get for the activation and de-activation, prob a 75 shot wet, i'm not sure on this so a lil help would be appreciated

can you get .5 pills..

if so id suggest 3k on and 6.5k off..

i'm not 100% sure, i've seen some 3-7800 but in weird increments, so you wouldnt' recomend past 7k then i'm assuming right??

Someone correct me if Im wrong, but I thought the B16a2 could only handle about a 50 shot on stock internals..........

I thought it was only WOT that you could use it, not specific RPM's.. (im guessing those are BOTH variables though).

my understanding was 75 wet and 50 dry but please let me know if thats differ otherwise, on clubsi.com i got the same #'s w/ a 2 degree retard and f/p up a lil bit , depends on which kit you get for the wot switch, i'd rather have it shut on/off through certain rpms instead of having to f**k w/ a switch while driving ya know lol,

i'm only gonna run the 50 at first untill i get used to it then maybe step it up, thats all i'm gonna do to the car and if it blows i'm gonna get a gsr longblock, my new toy will be here in the fall ;)

Its not what B16's could handle it really depends on the shape of ur motor.. Ive seen a b16 wth 100 shot that lasted pretty damn long ( 25 each runner ).. as for the MSD why dont you save yourself some Cash and get the full Throttle switch? its simple and worry free.

well the kit comes w/ the WOT switch but i'd rather run it off the window (just feel a lil more at ease i suppose)

and if 50dry is safe, i dont see 75wet being unsafe, but thats just me

ok stop...

* the window switch is never independant of the throttle switch

* you will need a throttle switch as well which should be in the kit this way it will ONLY spray WOT in any set rpm range..

* the window switch is so you dont spray too soon OR after hitting the rev limiter..

* any motor could blow at any time on nitrous.. im going on 5 years with a 50 -70 shot on a y8.. no window switch.. good gas, cold plugs, good fuel pump... and thats about it.. anything over a 50 shot you are rolling the dice.. but even a 50 shot COULD blow the motor..

* the first number is going to be 3000 in all applications.. the way to pick the end number is 200 - 400 less then redline..

thanks for the info, all stuff i dont' know so thanks, and yea BJ its gonna be a 04-05 zx-10 ;)
