Nitrous set up

I was windering if anyone knows of a good place to buy a nitrous set up fora D16 and the amount I'm looking at for a credible system. Thanks

i would probly recomend a zex sys, what kinda shot and what amount do u plan on running?

I hear that one is supposed to be the easiest to set up, only downside is the purple bottle hehe. *edit* I guess if you have a bottle warmer it doesnt matter, I retract my statement. Who sees your bottle??

I will more than likely run a dry shot and I was thinking of only doing anywhere from a 35 to 50 shot at the most just because my motor is not fully built and its only a d16y8. So how much do you think the zex dry shot would cost?

I think the run in the 500 - 600 $ market, and good choice on the shot, the site admin here has over 1000 shots at a 50 shot in a stock d16, so that should work out for you.

either the zex wet or the nos wet kit, those are the tow i've got it narrowed to

You'll be fine with the stock settings, I would go with the wet shot if I were you. Otherwise your you could run lean. With the wet all it does is add the fuel in with the nitrous so you shouldnt be rich or lean. There is a faq about nitrous on here you should check out. It covers how much you can run on stock and the differences between kits.

you can get the wet kit for like 50-60 bucks more so i say y not ya know, either way just make sure you do it right and don't blow your s**t up

i would go with zex. they seem to have a pretty good kit IMO! that's who i would go with if i had the cash flow

Zex is the most simple kit to use.

ive run an NOS dry kit for 5+ years..

colder plugs
good gas
upgraded fuel pump
all on a d16y8

msot important nitrous faq: dont spray (or ad any serious power adder) if you cant afford to pick up the broken pieces..
