NO air coming out the middle two vents

The center 2 vents on my civic won't blow any air, the two on the side works just fine, AC is cold and heat is hot. Anyone have any ideas? I wouldn't imagine there's 2 fans for such a small car. I'm thinking that there's something blocking those vents but I don't know where to start. The vents are open and I've messed with the vent slides to make sure that they were open.

For some reason the flaps aren't opening or there is a blockage. You are going to have to get in there to find out where. We can't do anything but post guesses over the net.
