no power to back of car only brake lights

Only my break lights work in the rear of my 93 eh hatch. NO parking NO Reverse and no turning signals work in rear. Radio and climate control dont light up either. Now both headlights work, parking lights in front work and turning signals work in front. Cluster lights work. All good fuses and bulbs. Please help!! And my seatbelt light stays on when car is off. And goes out when you turn key on. please help!

Did this all happen recently, and all at the same time? Any recent work/mods? Could be multiple issues but it would help to narrow it down.

to be honest i bought it that way, figured it was a fuse or somthing little. but aparently not. :/

Does it have an aftermarket alarm or big sound system? Can you tell if previous owner did any changes? Do some wires appear out of place or jumbled?

Sounds like a combination switch and/or a dimmer switch. Do you have a multimeter to check for power and ground at the light sockets in the rear?

no theres no alarm everything is stock, i dont have a meter but i did use a test light and couldnt get anything from the rear only the brake lights work, i followed all the wire along the inside of the car, no wires are broke, all connectors are connected tightly, everything in the fuse pannel looks good, no lose wires hanging around.
