Hey guys...I've searched this a few times to no avail. My reverse lights are inop at the moment. I checked the bulbs, fuse 15 is fine, and I just replaced the reverse light switch. What other options do I have? Ugh.

I've never used a volt meter. How would I go about doing that?

basically you hook up the red probe to the power of the reverse light socket (iirc its a darker green wire with a black stripe) and hook up the black probe to a ground (any good metal surface), then put the shifter in reverse, and see if you are getting a 12v reading on the meter.
Make sure you set the meter to the 20volt scale (20 under the DCV), and hook up the red probe to the voltage/ohm port on the meter and the black probe to the comm port.
If you can get one a test light is much easier to use, just hook it up to the reverse light socket, and clamp the other end to a ground, put the shifter in reverse and see if it lights up.

Well, not getting any voltage whatsoever to the reverse lights. Is there anything I can do besides ripping all the wires out and starting over?

If I remember right there should be a switch in your center counsol that has to do with that it should be by your shifter
I thought that was only on AUTO models...I was under the impression that the only switch on the system was on the front of trans...and I replaced that.

Might be only on Auto Models but wouldnt hurt to check and also check all the fuses, including under the hood ones...
Hey guys. Still no reverse lights. I found a write up on Hondatech explaining the specifics of rewiring a reverse light switch during an auto/manual swap. Guess I should've mentioned in the beginning that my car is such a car, an auto/manual swap. Here's the writeup.

No one? Bumpage? Someone is bound to have encountered this problem before. C'mon guys.
Well if your car was swapped, then the first thing i would do is check to see if the reverse switch on the transmission is plugged in, if it is follow the wires and see where they go, basically in the guide it says to run the wires from that transmission switch to a 14 pin white connector in the center console, so check to make sure the p.o. that did the swap hooked it up properly. I'd assume that connector is under the ashtray/cig lighter console, if the connector is gone then look for hacked up wires lol. After you've confirmed everything is hooked up properly, check to make sure you installed that reverse switch properly, you can do this by unplugging the connector at the trans, and checking for continuity while the trans is in reverse. after you've confirmed that the switch, the wiring, the bulb, the socket, the ground, and fuse are all good then you can start ripping everything apart to look for a broken wire
If you come to the part of looking for a broken wire, be aware that sometimes the wire can break inside the insulation making it difficult to find where it's broken (a test light/volt meter is your friend at this time), this happened to my camaro's low beam headlight wire, a broken wire inside will reveal itself if you can easily kink the wire with your fingers. Final thing the service manual is extremely helpful in this type of situation.
In the thread in the link I posted, it says to crimp male terminals onto the wires you run from the switch to the console. Couldn't I just de-pin the wires from the harness and splice them together with the wires I ran from the switch? it seems a little less time-consuming than attaching them to the big connector. Does that make sense?
as long as you attatch it to those two wires, it doesnt matter exactly where you attatch them.
