No start after replacing rack and pinion

So I go my rack and pinion replaced and now no start. Sounds like it doesn't even want to start. Think it might have something to do with the airbag, but don't know what to do. any ideas?

how could the air bag . make a no start problem ?

start with the basics . double check everything is connected . starter . battery and so on .

when you turn the key do your lights come on ?

is this a no crank no start issue

or a crank no spark issue .'

you need to give use more details .
but stuff like this does not just go bad

you need to realize it's most likely Something you forgot to plug in .
or the battery is dead .

Sorry for not checking back in a while. I was thinking something with the srs system not letting it start after I reinstalled the steering wheel airbag or something. But, It ended up being that I connected the shift linkage all weird. Anyway, got it all fixed up. Thanks for responses.
