No Windows Or Locks

Hey guys got a 92 civic sedan lx. There is no power going to any of my windows also my power locks dont work and neither do side mirrors. I just disconnected the wires in the door jam and no cut wires but the plugs are pretty beat up so Im going to replace those. I replaced all the fuses under the dash and I keep hearing about a NO.5 fuse under the hood for the windows but I dont have no number 5 fuse also the problem began when my radio was stolen.thanks guys any help is welcomed

also all my ignition wires were cut when they broke into my car maybe their is some connection?

Hint on the rewrite... Don't capitalize every word, and not the first letter of each word. First letter of the first word in the sentence is fine. lol.
