check your grounds..move that around, or your rca wires.

make sure the rcas aren't crimped or anywhere near the 12V, ground wire shouldn't be longer than 3 ft. and should be grounded to a spot on the frame with NO paint, completely sanded to the metal.

Also, you are running RCAs right? if so, are they shielded? If you are running speaker level inputs that is your problem.

running rcas next to power wire is a myth, the power wire alone will not introduce noise into rcas... if you have a component in the vehicle generating noise, that can in turn be transmitted into the power cable, and then into the rcas, but 9 times out of 10 you will not have that issue. I would check the ground on your head unit, and also make sure the gains on the amplifier are adjusted properly. if that doesnt work, run a pair of rcas over the seats from teh deck to the amplifier, and see if that corrects your problem. if the problem is still there, you either have an issue with your equipment, or an issue with the installation of one of them, more than likely a ground problem. I have a feeling your head unit just generates noise at low volumes though.
