Noise issue and vibration:(

Ok so I just bought a 98 civic ex coupe and just started running into some issues, the rear trailing arm bushing and wheel bearing on passenger side was pretty much gone when I bought it so I replaced both and now I'm getting a slight metal grinding noise and a chirping noise while the car is in motion almost like when the metal backing is touching a rotor but it's drum in the back. And the vibration I'm getting is between 20-25ish mph and doesn't feel like the steering wheel more like the ass end is shaking. I already replaced the wheels and tires with a different set up had wheels balanced and all that and still does it. What am I missing? Sorry for the long first post but I'm going across country in about a week and need all the help I can get. Thanks in advance..

Are you sure it's a sound in the rear? The sound you're describing almost sounds like an issue I had on an older car where my axel was on its way out. Maybe it's your front ball bearing, too? Jack it and up and check the front ball bearings. Just curious.

The car was checks out and that's when I was told about the rear wheel bearing l, then I replaced it and the trailing arm bushing also cause it was shot. And then started making the noise.

you may have shifted the brake shoes around when you took off that drum. might need to take off the drum and make sure the brakes are in position, and that everything lubed up correctly. the edge of the brake shoes might be dragging on the inner part of the drum
