A local agent said we could sell ours for 57K but it'd take months to even sale. We have 5 Foreclosures within walking distance, just a few years ago our house was appraised at almost 300K.

my house was 700k last year. i dont know about how much it is now. Location is everything in real estate. Schools, banks, shopping center etc. We live right in the middle of 3 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 3 high schools, a BofA, 2 shopping centers, and a mall about 5 mile away.

i had a surgery on my wrist a while ago..that s**t f**kin hurt. I tried to see how long I could handle the pain without taking any pain killers. by the time i really couldn't take it, it was too late. the pain had set in and there was nothing i could f**kin do but pass out from pain haha

We've been looking at houses....it's depressing. The houses we can afford and like are in the ghetto. the houses we super like in a good location is too expensive.

150K for a house? The houses around me are going for 50K and even then that's too high.
