I am planing on installing a jackson racing supercharger on my 98 civic but I would also like to install a nx kit. I know they make a kit for FI engines snd it's the kit that comes with a N-tercooler but I want to install the all import stage one so that I can run a 50 shot, can I do this or not?

to answer your question, i dont know.but you may REALLY want to research superchargers and turbos, you may find yourself changing your mind if you know whats best. civic=turbo

I've been planing this for a long time now but I just can't find an answer to this last question. But yeah I have researched this and have made my choice and I am willing to take the risk that comes with FI.

At first I was going to go for turbo but I wanted to do something different. Like for example when I was serching for info. on cars with a SC I really couldn't find anything because everyone is going turbo insted. Dont get me wrong I know with a turbo I can get more power but I wanted to be different. Also I got a real good price on it and I'd rather go turbo on my SI, dont wanna have two turbo cars think it might be cooler to have one Sc and the other turbo.

So does anybody know?

You can use nitrous with superchargers. When using nitrous on a s/c engine it is intended to to cool the intake charge and help the s/c make more power, like an intercooler for a turbo. That is how it works on carbed V8s. It really won't give you the hit that straight nitrous gives you if that is what your are looking for. I think the inter-chiller spray bar thing is a waste of money.

I'm still thinking SC for my 96 Ex. I just want simple daily power. How did you get a good price on a JRSC? How much if you don't mind me asking.

I bought it used of some guy. It only had like 2,000 miles on it. He didn't want it anymore because he wanted more power so he decided to go turbo. I got it for $700.
