Hey there. I'm trying to put a new stereo in my 95 Civic, but I've been having troubles with getting the thing to actually turn on. I checked my wires with a multimeter, and while I am getting full power from the 12v constant, my 12v igntion wire is only giving out 4.5v. Any idea what would be causing this? Thanks.
EDIT: It is actually the 12v constant that isn't getting full power. The ignition wire works, but the constant only gets 2v while the car is off, and 4.5v while the car is on.
