NYC and need a tune..

Anyone have any anyone that tunes in NYC area. I know a few of the big shops (drt, rpm) but would rather deal with someone else. Here's the thing...i don't know what my ecu is chipped for. It is socketed and has the datalogging socket but don't know what it was previously tuned with. Looking for a tuner that won't charge me an arm an a leg bit is some what reputable. Any info that can be given would be appreciated.
