O2 error after custom kit

Installed a custom exhaust manifold and a cat back exhaust for my 93 Civic 1.5l sedan. Brand new O2 sensor now gives error. Do it need a certain sensor now?

Is all the wiring intact, no damage?
Is it an OEM sensor?
