O2 Sensor, Pre Cat

I had ordered headers off of ebay about a year ago go them on and love 'em, however after about 2000 miles my engine light came on, had a friend test it and its my pre-cat O2 sensor, I replaced it and it keeps coming back on I reset my computer so it goes off b/c my mpg goes from 31 to 22. Any help would be greatful, thanks.

What brand are you replacing the o2 with? I went through like 3-4 autozone specials, untill I wised up and went to honda. Haven't had a prob since. Hope I helped.

Got a genuine Honda O2 Sensor from buyoxygensensor.com it just randomly comes on haven't had it on in bout two days. Someone told me bout a light under my drivers seat can't locate it???

No light under your seat. Not sure what they are talking about there. The only ones that had anything under the seat were the late 80's accords.

Does sound like the O2 sensor may be bad. I would have it checked again just to make sure.

I was reading another thread here and it mentioned smog legal, could that be the prob that they aren't smog legal??? Just tryin to think here came on again today and once lastnight its pissin me off.
