obd question b16a

I have a 92 hatch with a b16a head i dont know what block is on it because the dude i got it from grinded it off, but to make a long story short the guy wired the car weird and i dont know if i have obd0 or obd1 so i was just going to buy the things to make the car obd1 so i was wondering if all i need is a distributor, harness, and ecu? or is there more to it?

What ECU is in it? I can't see you having OBD0. That'd be a silly swap. What you "should" have is an OBD1 P30 or a P whatever chipped to P30 to run the B16 correctly. Assuming stock motor (B16 Vtec). The block code being gone makes me wonder...
